At Kākahu Taonga, each piece is handcrafted with care and made to be treasured. Because every kākahu is handmade and unique, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.
We will work with you to provide a suitable remedy, which may include:
- a repair
- a replacement
- a refund
This will be provided where required under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Custom Orders
Custom-made pieces are created specially for you, so they are non-refundable unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
Return Conditions
To help us assess any issue, please contact us as soon as possible with:
- your order details
- a description of the problem
- clear photos if the item is damaged
